The project started with setting piles and excavating down almost 100′, before placing the 9′ thick mat slab foundation and coming up out of the hole with 8-stories of PT decks and shot-crete foundation walls over the waterprrofing and lagging. High strength concrete columns, 100 ksi rebar in select columns, post-tensioned decks and the punched shearwalls compose the superstructure. The vertical construction topped out after 18 months.
