We offer the following services with a range of fee structures depending on the type of consulting and the extent of project involvement:

– Team Development Services: Preparing and executing RFP’s, interviewing and assembling or completing consultant teams tailored to the Owner’s or Project’s requirements.

– Peer Reviews: Comprehensive peer review services of 90-100% completed construction documents, including fundamental and specialty disciplines such as:

* MEP & Fire Protection pathways and related architectural scope elements;

* Structural systems;

* ADA Considerations; acoustic; A/V; vertical transportation;

* Architectural coordination with the above.

* Constructability reviews.

– Other Services: General Contractor RFP’s and negotiations, Construction Management, Value Engineering, Schedule Review and Consultant and GC Contract Administration through construction.

TIME ALLOWANCES & FEE STRUCTURE for Peer Reviews

An implemented peer review process requires 2-4 weeks for the review, depending on the Project size and complexity, plus time for the design team to address and integrate the corrections. Properly timed, this process can be concurrent with other phases as a project approaches its start of construction.

FEE STRUCTURE for Other Services

Our services can be utilized in most all phases of a Project’s delivery, where Owner representation is needed – from programming and design development to commissioning and close-out.
